How to Install Citrix Workspace

This article explains how to install Citrix Workspace software on both Mac and Windows computers.  Certain specific applications (e.g., Pyramed) require this software to work properly.

Installing for MacOS

1. From the Finder menu choose Go > Applications.
2. Double-click Self Service to open this application.
3. Use the Search field to find the app called Citrix Workspace.
4. Click the Install button. This process may take a few minutes.

Installing for Windows

1. Open the Start Menu then type Company Portal (or select it from the Apps list).
2. Click on Company Portal to open it.
3. Search for the app called Citrix Workspace then click to select it.
4. Click the Install button. This process may take a few minutes.
